VesTBX-4000™ Co-Development Program

  • 1

    Problem

Multiple suppressive signals from tumors or viruses crippled the immune cells’ ability to fight it.

  • 2

    Solution

Delivering MYC protein into the nucleus of immune cells to drive its survival & proliferation in order to overcome the suppressive signals.

  • 3

    Limitations

However, the inefficient delivery of MYC by currently available technologies occurs through the receptors on cell membrane, which often results in no or limited MYC proteins reaching the nucleus.

Overcoming Limitations

VesTBX-4000™ with TAT fused to the MYC protein, allows it to penetrate the cell membrane directly. Once inside the cells, MYC proteins can be shuttled to the nucleus to exert its function.
  • Enters cell & modifies the cell itself WITHOUT altering the cell receptors
  • Fusion of natural proteins & does NOT use chemical or genetic engineering
  • Is disease agnostic & does NOT require a specific target.
